A fork of the Penguin Data Set scatter plot visualizes species of penguins with circles colored by species (yellow for Adelie, green for Gentoo, brown for Chinstrap) based on flipper length and body mass. The code loads CSV data via `d3.csv`, scales axes with `d3.scaleLinear`, and renders SVG circles using D3’s data join. It also labels axes with bill length and depth, and displays titles using D3 selections, all within a React-free HTML page.
