This example creates a simple SVG face using React and D3’s `arc` function. The face consists of a yellow circle head with a black stroke, two black eye circles, and a mouth drawn as an arc path. The mouth uses `d3.arc()` with inner and outer radii and angled start and end points. All shapes are positioned relative to the center of a 960 by 500 viewport.
