A dense field of small, semi-transparent circles is scattered atop an SVG rendering of a Buddha silhouette. The circles, each with a radius of five, are generated by triply nested loops over a numeric array, with their positions and RGB fill colors determined by random values. The Buddha path itself is drawn from an embedded SVG path data string, scaled and translated within the same canvas. The visualization is built with React, using `ReactDOM` to render the SVG elements and the path data directly in the markup.
