The visualization uses D3 v6 with a custom scatterPlot module to map pH on the x-axis and ppm on the y-axis. It applies d3.scaleLinear for both axes and d3.scaleOrdinal with d3.symbols to differentiate the two metabolites by shape. The SVG is sized to the full window, and data is loaded asynchronously from a CSV file via d3.csv.
