This interactive scatter plot visualizes electrical test data from circuit breakers, plotting pairs of numeric measurements such as resistance and time values. The visualization uses D3.js with SVG rendering, employing `scaleLinear`, `axisBottom`, and `axisLeft` for axes and scales. Users can select different measurement pairs from dropdown menus to compare, with points colored by an ordinal scale (`schemeDark2`) based on a selected categorical field like manufacturer or breaker type. Hovering over points displays a tooltip with detailed values, while the legend measures its width dynamically to adjust the plot's margins.
