v1 - Added drop down menus so the user can add up to three industry codes to track at once. Code heavily influenced by prof curan's menu with d3 and eschuman's interactive scatter plot.

Attempted to update the legend to reflect the choices in the drop down but could not get it to work in time. Version two (attached below) shows my attempt to add the legend updating.
