Five Skandhas Visualization
This visualization demonstrates the Buddhist concept of the five skandhas (aggregates) - the components that constitute human existence according to Buddhist philosophy.
The skandhas are:
- Rūpa (Form) - Physical matter and the body
- Vedanā (Sensation) - Feelings from sensory contact
- Saññā (Perception) - Recognizing and labeling sense data
- Saṅkhāra (Mental Formations) - Volitions, habits, and mental constructs
- Viññāṇa (Consciousness) - Awareness through six senses
The center represents "No Fixed Self" (Anatta) - the Buddhist teaching that there is no permanent, unchanging self.
