This dashboard visualizes housing market data across counties in New York State from 2022 to 2024.

Features

Data

The dashboard uses housing market data including number of sales and median home prices for each county in New York State from 2022 to 2024.

Usage

1. Select a year from the dropdown menu to view data for that year
2. Click on a county in the map to filter all charts to show data for that county only
3. Click the "Reset Filter" button to show data for all counties again
4. Hover over chart elements to see detailed information via tooltips

Technical Implementation

The dashboard is built using:

• D3.js for data visualization
• TopoJSON for mapping
• Pure JavaScript for interactivity
