Buddha's Teachings Interactive Visualizations

This project showcases the teachings of Buddha through interactive visualizations. By representing Buddhist concepts and their relationships visually, it provides an accessible entry point for those interested in learning about Buddhism.

Visualizations

1. Onion Layers

The core visualization represents Buddha's teachings as concentric circles, with each layer building upon the foundation of previous ones. From the central Four Noble Truths to the outer concept of Dependent Origination, this visualization demonstrates the layered nature of Buddhist philosophy.

2. Relationship Network

This network diagram shows how different teachings relate to one another. By visualizing these connections, users can better understand how concepts like the Four Noble Truths connect to the Noble Eightfold Path and other teachings. The force-directed graph allows for interactive exploration of the interconnected nature of Buddhist concepts.

3. Component Breakdown

This sunburst visualization breaks down each teaching into its constituent parts, allowing for a deeper exploration of specific concepts like the Noble Eightfold Path's division into Wisdom, Ethical Conduct, and Mental Discipline.

Usage
