Why my vizes do not have thumbnails?

I noticed it is not only my case.
for example some other users have the same issue:
But cannot find what is the cause our vizes do not have thumbnail.

Apologies, the VizHub image generation service was down for some time. It’s back up and running now, and I believe I’ve remedied the underlying cause of the outage (fingers crossed).
Your profile looks fine now, with all images.
