A tool to keep track of personal exercise activities. This was created to facilitate a dynamic personal exercise program such that muscles are not overtrained, not undertrained, and there is no need to stick to a fixed split routine. The idea here is that when I feel like exercising, I can look at this to see what muscles I have not exercised for a while, and also which ones I did exercise recently, to inform my decision in terms of what to do next.
