This is a visualization for Fallen Meteorites that shows a map of where each reported meteorite fell by longitude and latitude. Even though there isn't a map behind these points, we can see outlines of the continents. We can see that there is a large amount of landing spots in the USA, Europe, and India. In Africa, it looks like most landing sites were along the coast instead of being inland. This closely represents a world population map which might be because the more populated a place is, the more likely a fallen meteorite will be reported!
