Version 5 of final draft

Shows two viz's presenting cyber attack data from 2014 to 2023

This version is an attempt to show all the data and as a result the three dropdown menus are removed from this version

Clicking on any listed Industry in the legend populates the Actor/Attack types viz with data related to that Industry.

Still need to add fade out of non-selected Industries and add a larger color scale since this one repeats colors.

May change the Actor/Attack Types to weighted circles since there are likely multiple data points at each intersection of type/year
