The Penguins Dataset, loaded and parsed as CSV.

This dataset simply compares countries of a certain size to the average of a certain time period. This yields a positive or negative number that show whether the country was warmer or cooler than it usually is, which is a good indicator of global climate change over time.

Tasks for this dataset:

1. I want to see how countries' temperature anomaly changes over time
2. I want to see when big changes affected certain areas of the world
3. I want to see which countries are most affected by climate change
4. I want to see how countries' weather patterns are affected by the temperature (i.e. rainfall, wind speeds)
5. I want to see how certain events affect the temperature over the next period of time (i.e. countries rallying to stop carbon emissions)
