These data were scraped from the Coffee Quality Institute by James LeDoux, and are currently hosted in his GitHub repo. The data originally included just over 1,300 ratings; the last 300 or so were removed in order to fit the criteria for this project.

Attributes shown in the dataset include the source and manufacturer, certain methods of manufacturing, and taste and flavor ratings.
